Came here for 3 night stay, had a PERFECTLY PLEASANT experience. It was unique, perfect and on the main level. An electric kettle and a fridge were available in the kitchen. I truly enjoyed this hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights and was impressed by the perfect quadruple room with modern furniture and vaulted ceiling.

The hotel was beautiful and in an incredible location. Booked a room on the main level. Central heating, flat-screen television, and a fridge were available in the room. Location: the property was short walk to Sassi di Matera, and hills with caves and a nearby cafe that was included in the rent and the main sites.

It was also very convenient as it was just a short walk from the main piazza. the host was extremely helpful, providing us with directions to the property and giving us great advice on what to see during our short stay. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting this beautiful ancient town. Cons: Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

As a solo traveler, I loved the stunning view of Matera's Old Town from my room. the spacious and clean room provided a comfortable stay. the staff was responsive and helpful, even providing me with recommendations for restaurants and bars.

Finding parking was a real challenge, especially if you have a car. the steps leading up to the accommodations were quite difficult to climb.

The views from the room were mind-blowing, made me feel like I was in a fancy 5-star hotel. The free WiFi was a delightful addition, because who doesn't love staying connected at all times? And oh, the free public parking nearby was just the cherry on top!

Yeah, sure, the paid airport shuttle was a bit inconvenient, but hey, who needs easy transportation when you can just spend all your money on taxi fares? Brilliant!

We stayed at Il Vento Dei Sassi and it was an amazing experience. the location is beautiful, with a spectacular view of the Sassi di Matera. the apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped bathroom that had a huge shower. the parking was easy, which is a great advantage in a city like this. the owner was also very good at communicating, and we even got free water and juice, along with vouchers for breakfast.
